Great place. Lovely Staff and excellent breakfast
the room was a lovely and the facilities great. We had stayed previously in the main hotel and this was just across the road. Breakfast was excellent.
I didn't realise I had booked the annex building. There is nothing at all wrong, the room was great. I just wish I had checked and booked the same as the room I booked at the start of the trip

The most amazing view!
AMAZING VIEW!!! :D I'm so happy I stayed here - it was magic to watch the mountains changing colours from my room window! I even saw a reindeer outside my window! Super thick duvets and huge pillows to lounge on; very thoughtful. Big room, very comfortable. Nice decor. Nice staff. Very clean. Very central location - easy short walk to everything, important when it's cold outside and you want to find food. Pretty quiet.
Bit of hassle to dress up and put boots on/off to go to reception and breakfast in another building, but totally worth it for the view. Shower ran hot and cold and toilet didn't flush well. Breakfast was generally fine but one day quiche and waffles were served cold even at 7am. Sometimes I could hear the people next door so perhaps not quiet if the hotel is full. No gym/sauna/jacuzzi.

good choices for breakfast, very helpful staff, well situated in town.
Disappointed not to see a bear but that's not the hotels fault.

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
Good hotel. Good standard. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice restaurant (slightly pricey).
Beds are too soft. Sound insulation is not entirely perfect for light sleepers, as people can be heard walking on the top floor. We felt that a wood fireplace at the end of the world (where even firewood has to be imported) is cosy, but slightly out of place.
